2. 0909-VAR-17 Bryan Hardesty, Design Standards Variance Request (Ch. 804) for side and
rear yard setbacks. One lot on 0.42 acres, located in Van Buren Township,
Section 15 at 3855 S. Gillham Drive. Zoned Low Density Residential (LR).
