Public comments will be received on agenda items after there is a motion and second and after Board members have discussed the motion on the table. Any person who wishes to address the Board will come forward to the microphone, give his/her name and share comments. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes for each individual.

Follow-up Plan
As soon as the meeting is adjourned, Board members and newscasters/reporters will convene in a room behind the stage for a news conference.
